These four options serve as mere starting points to help you visualize the different levels of planning we provide, however nothing is written in stone and the best way for us to determine what you need is to jump on a call and have a free consultation with us!

Day of Coordination

Starts at $2,000

This package is for the couple that has done most of their own planning but needs a coordinator onsite to manage all the vendors, timeline and ensure all of their plans are smoothly executed.

This package will include up to 10 hours of day of coordination (does not include an event assistant) and will begin with a complimentary initial consultation to discuss the vision and details of your wedding.

This typically begins 1-2 months prior to the event.

Petite Planning

Starts at $3,000

This package is for the couple that has just about everything worked out but really needs someone there to make sure that they get to enjoy everything they have worked so hard for.

This package will include up to 10 hours of day of coordination (one Planner and one Event Assistant), wedding rehearsal, and will begin with a complimentary initial consultation to discuss the vision and details of your wedding.

This typically begins 2-3 months prior to the event.

Partial Planning

Starts at $8,000

This package is for the couple that would like us to be fairly but not fully involved in their planning process.

Typically you have one or two vendors booked, but need help with vision, design, and negotiating contracts with the remaining vendors. We will help you from the time of booking until the end of the wedding night with all your questions and concerns.

We will consult on vendor and venue choices as well as monthly meetings to help execute your vision day of. Complimentary initial consultation and Event Assistant included.

This typically begins about 4-6 months prior to the event.

Full Service Planning

Starts at $10,000

This package includes everything from the time he/she pops the question to the moment you step into that limousine at the end of the night.

We will work with you to formulate all your needs and wants and deliver whatever you may need included in coordination and design.

This package includes unlimited correspondence and vendor meetings – we’ll be on call for you until the wedding is over.

This is perfect for the couple who just doesn’t have the time to plan and wants a trusted professional to make decisions on their behalf. Complimentary initial consultation and Event Assistant included.

This typically begins 12 months prior to the event.
