Creating Unforgettable Moments Since 2017
Founded in 2017, Ludic Events is a premier wedding and event planning company based in Annapolis, Maryland. With a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail, we specialize in designing and executing sophisticated, stylish, and joy-filled celebrations that leave lasting impressions. Ludic Events was born with a dream of building a planning company that didn’t put every couple in a bubble and expect a cookie cutter type of client.
We understand that no person is the same. At the end of every consultation, event, etc. It is truly apparent that really each client has a dream and that dream is to curate a one of a kind event. That might seem impossible given all of the outlets pouring ideas into everyone’s creativity sequence. That’s where we come in and THRIVE! We want to take your basic vision and find those beautiful touches to make it every bit of who you are and what you are trying to portray. Let’s have some fun!
Our Philosophy
We approach every event with creativity, precision, and a touch of fun. Our goal is to remove the stress of planning so that you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. From initial concept to final execution, we work closely with our clients to ensure their celebrations reflect their personal style, story, and dreams.
Meet Megan

Megan – Owner/ Lead Event Specialist
Megan has been in the industry for over a decade, and it isn’t out of the ordinary for clients to feel at ease after meeting with her for just a few minutes. She has a way of bonding with clients that makes them feel calm and stress-free. Her goal is to ensure that you enjoy every minute of this beautiful process.
Her background in military training in the Air Force has instilled discipline, timeliness, and patience. After her military service, she worked as a surgical assistant in the civilian sector, where she honed her ability to anticipate, stay organized, and remain calm and focused under pressure.
After gaining invaluable experience from both the military and the operating room, Megan realized something was still missing. She decided to pursue her passion by going back to school, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism with a focus in Event Management. She then worked as an Event Coordinator for a high-end caterer in Connecticut, where she learned the intricacies of running a business and executing flawless events.
Now back in her home state of Maryland, Megan lives with her husband, 3 kiddos and her great dane, Raven. When she’s not managing events, you can find her running between games and playdates or entertaining family and friends—often covered in glitter and topped with a bow.

Biggest Piece of advice you would give to someone getting married?
Don’t be afraid to do the research. There are a billion and one vendors out there and every single one of them are different in some way shape or form. Set mini goals for yourself on how many to reach out to in that category at a time. You should feel a spark with the vendor you are booking in every single category. If you don’t and you are booking because of budget, recommendation, etc. SOLELY then you will likely feel incomplete and stressed, come day of.
